Unless it is part of the game that is being played during that 'hour'.
Those that use them, will be treated accordingly by the host and Acolyte
With the exception of Games that are designed as such, so that spells are part of the game.

Eastern Australian Time = VZT + 19 hours (1PM VZT = 8AM in Eastern Australia)

Eastern Europe Time = VZT + 10 hours (1PM VZT = 11PM in Eastern Europe)

Central Europe Time = VZT + 9 hours (1PM VZT = 10PM in Europe)

British Time = VZT + 8 hours (1PM VZT = 9PM in the UK)

US Eastern = VZT + 3 hours (1PM VZT = 4PM on the East Coast)

US Central Time = VZT + 2 hours (1PM VZT = 3PM Central)
